Referee sign-ups are now handled completely on-line. Please click here for the availability form. Enter your availability for the dates listed. Deadline to submit your availability is Monday by midnight, prior to each weekend. Go to the Referee Schedule Page by Friday to view your assigned schedule.
Referees must attend a mandatory meeting before each season. If you missed the referee meeting and you are a new referee with MSA, then you will need to print the W-9 and Referee Form and the Pay form, then mail the completed forms to:

To become a referee you must attend a referee clinic and pass the exam with 80% or better. Please click here for a schedule of referee clinics.
Returning referees must attend a re-certification clinic every year. Please click here for a schedule of re-certification clinics.
All referees should be at the complex where they are assigned thirty minutes before their first game starts to prevent your game(s) from being given to someone else. The referee should arrive ready to be a referee or assistant referee and should have a complete uniform (black shorts, black socks with three stripes or USSF logo, black shoes, official shirt, watch, flags, whistle, pen, and paper). Referee should bring a copy of MSA Game Day Rules with them and a copy of their schedule printed from online or hand-written on a time sheet.
