Register your team with the appropriate fee by the registration deadline:
Online Registration
Registration form for mail or walk-in
Mail or Fax your current NTSSA roster signed by your home association (we will provide the McKinney team rosters.)
Mail or fax
guest player release forms
by the deadline (3 guest players max per recreational team).
Bring the required documents to the MSA Office during the tournament check-in date (out of town teams that cannot check-in early, please call the MSA office for check-in instructions):
Signed NTSSA regular season medical forms or
NTSSA medical release forms
for all players playing in the tournament (rostered and guest). These do not need to be notarized.
Tournament Roster
with jersey numbers for each player (not to exceed maximum roster size per playing rules):
U6-U8 Teams: Four copies of the completed
tournament roster
which will be verified, stamped, and used as game report.
Guest players must be shown on the tournament game day roster.
U9 and Up Teams: Six copies of the completed
tournament roster
which will be verified, stamped, and used as game report.

Pick-Up Trophies/Medals from MSA Office:
U6 - U8 Teams: All teams receive participation medals at check in.
U9 and Up Teams: First, Second place teams receive trophies at the fields after games.
