For U9 & Up, each team must give the referee a copy of your stamped, approved tournament roster (acquired at check-in) - the referee will turn the form into the tournament tent after the game. The home team will be required to change jerseys if the referee finds there is a color conflict. All players and coaches listed on the roster will sit on one side of the field and all spectators will sit on the other.
For the bracketing it will depend on the number of teams in each division. Please see below.
- 4 Team Bracket - Round Robin (3 games and out)
- 6 Team Bracket - Cross Pool (3 v 3). Top two point winners advance to finals. This is NOT bracket specific, but rather point specific.
- 8 Team Bracket - Two brackets of 4. Top point winners from EACH bracket advance to finals.
- 10 Team Bracket - One 4 team bracket (round robin), and 1 Cross Pool (3 v 3). Top point winner from bracket of 4 advances to semifinals, top 2 point winners from Cross Pool advance to semifinals, and 1 WILDCARD will advance as the 4th team in to the semifinals. The WILDCARD team can come from any bracket and it is determined by who has the 4th highest point total out of any of the three groupings.
Tournament Refund Policy:
Any team that cancels or withdraws after the deadline will not receive a refund. If inclement weather cancels the tournament prior to the first scheduled game, all teams will receive a refund equal to 50% of their entry fee to cover start up cost of the tournament. If inclement weather cancels the tournament after scheduled games have started, no refunds will be issued.
If we end up with an odd number of teams for your age group, we may not be able to field your team in the tournament. If we have already processed your payment and you are in one of these age groups, you will be contacted and your team will receive a full refund.
