The below information is only intended for the individuals listed as team captains.
Team Registration
TEAM REGISTRATION ONLY (Captains Only) 7/14/25-8/1/25. Captains will email Charity at admin@mckinneysoccer.org if their team is returning to play for Fall 2025. Fall & Spring League will be individual registration rather than Team registration. All your players will be required to register to play and pay league fees individually and will be placed on your team once registration is completed. Please read all the important Information below regarding Fall League 2025.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES: (All Players for fall and spring League must register individually)
*Open League (18 & up) is $115
*Over 30 League (29 & up) is $115
*Over 40 League (39 & up) is $95
Fees include the following for each team: registration software fees, field fees, referee fees, security officer fees, medical trainer fees, field coordinator fees, scheduling fees, and league fees
ADULT PLAYER REGISTRATION DATES/DEADLINES: OPENS 7/14/25
*Early-bird Player Registration 7/14/25-7/30/25 (Save $10 off your fees)
*Regular Player Registration 7/31/25-8/29/25
*LATE Player Registration 8/30/25-9/15/25 ($5 late fee added to fees)
Adult League Season Dates
Adult Fall Team Format
Open/Over 30 divisions will play 11v11 on 65x110 turf fields at Craig Ranch Soccer Complex. Max roster is 25 players. There are no Sub players for fall since we allow Max Roster of 25. On the field during games are 4 female players, 6 male players plus a goalie. Games will be 45 halves with a 5 minute halftime.
Over 40 divisions will play 7v7 on 50x80 turf fields at Craig Ranch Soccer Complex. Max roster is 18 player. There are no Sub players for fall since we allow Max Roster of 18 players. On the field during games are 2 female players, 4 male players plus a goalie. Games will be 30 halves with a 5 minute halftime.
Makeup Days
For weather cancellations and/or scheduling conflicts, MSA will utilize Tuesday nights for Over 40 reschedules and Wednesday nights for Open and Over 30 reschedules. All reschedules will be scheduled in a 48hr time period.
Forfeits
If you cannot make any scheduled game due to any reason, it is the team captains responsibility to notify the league via email adults@mckinneysoccer.org Over 40 teams must notify by Tuesday 9am that they will forfeit their scheduled Thursday game; Open/Over 30 teams must notify by Friday 9am that they will forfeit their scheduled Sunday game. If a team gives no notice or not enough notice that they cannot play; the first time offense will be a warning. If it happens again a 2nd time then they team will be fined a forfeit fee of $50. If it happens a 3rd time the fee will increase to $100 ($50 increase for each subsequent offense) and the team may not be invited back to play in the league.
